The marketing materials needed for letting your property, such as clear photos, floorplans, descriptions and measurements, and a ‘to Let’ board (returnable) are prepared by us. Our team members are available, with all contact numbers needed to keep in touch.
Bear will ensure that you are kept up to date and once you have a tenant for your property, we will make sure references and the appropriate professionals have been contacted so that the tenant can commence their tenancy. Results of our 3 monthly inspections will be reported back to you.
We take as many details as possible when we vet potential tenants and check their current housing situation. If they are successful in meeting our criteria for renting your property, we take a holding deposit and a month’s rent in advance, from them.

Our referencing checks are extensive and include financial and previous history checks which will include working status and previous rental background.
Deposits are taken and placed in a Deposit Protection Scheme. We take one month’s rent as deposit, as well as another month’s rent paid in advance, from the tenant. Tenants will pay by standing order to us, and we will pay this directly to your account within 3 working days.
